You can buy some special bedding and make sure you know where to put the baby and how to feed it. Remember that when you buy special bedding, make sure it has plenty of room for your baby to grow and move around.

It is recommended that you check with your doctor on a regular basis. You should have a checkup and then a visit to the OB/GYN every six months. Make sure you take care of yourself during these visits and let the doctor know when you notice something out of the ordinary.

Some of these symptoms may include loss of appetite, headaches and stomach ache, feeling run down, changes in weight, and tiredness.
